Directions
Follow the directions below based on your individual requirements. Mix with water or plant-based milk in a shaker or blend into smoothies.
LOWER ACTIVITY: 1.25 scoops (30g)
- 20g protein/serve
- 30 minutes post-training in 350ml

INTERMEDIATE ACTIVITY: 2 scoops (45g)
- 30g protein/serve
- 30 minutes post-training in 450ml
- 11 serves/canister
RECOVERY: 2.25 scoops (52g)
- 35g protein/serve
- 30 minutes post-training in 500ml
- 9 serves/canister
