Organic Maple Sugar 500g

Maple Sugar is the ultimate form of Maple Syrup. We've taken our Organic Maple Syrup with all its vitamins and minerals and reduced it down even further to remove all water, giving you maple in its purest form. Maple Sugar is about twice as sweet as cane sugar but with 60% of the calories and a lower G.I.

This is a great substitute for normal sugar, just use half as much Maple Sugar as you would brown or white sugar.
