Maple Sugar is the ultimate form of Maple Syrup. We have taken our Organic Maple Syrup with all it's vitamins and minerals and reduced it down even further to remove all water and give you maple in it's purest form. Maple Sugar is about twice as sweet as cane sugar but with 60% of the calories and a lower G.I.

This is a great substitute for normal sugar, just use half as much Maple Sugar as you would brown or white sugar.
