Coconut Bliss Balls




1 cup desiccated coconut

5 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons cacao powder 

6-7 normal dried dates (soaked in boiling water until soft)

1/2 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons maple syrup 


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend.

Once blended add boiling water as needed to achieve desired texture.

Remove from food processor and roll into balls (this recipe will make about 16 balls). 

Bliss balls will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
