Coconut Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

|
1 cup desiccated coconut |
|
5 tablespoons peanut butter |
|
2 tablespoons cacao powder |
|
6-7 normal dried dates (soaked in boiling water until soft) |
|
1/2 cup rolled oats |
|
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
|
METHOD |
|
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend. |
|
Once blended add boiling water as needed to achieve desired texture. |
|
Remove from food processor and roll into balls (this recipe will make about 16 balls). |
|
Bliss balls will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. |
